Craniosacral Therapy Program

Craniosacral Therapy Program
🧠 Craniosacral therapy — supporting the body’s natural capacity for recovery

Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle, non-invasive manual approach. The therapist uses very light touch to assess the quality of craniosacral rhythm and the body’s overall state, then follows the tissues’ responses to support self-regulation and relaxation.

Treatment of the craniosacral system may influence tension in the membranes surrounding the brain and spinal cord as well as the pressure and circulation of cerebrospinal fluid. Releasing restrictions may support mobility from the skull and neck to the sacrum, while affecting fascia, the nervous system, and whole-body balance.

People may seek craniosacral therapy for sleep difficulty, persistent stress, chronic or unexplained pain, widespread fascial tension, headaches, jaw or facial symptoms, dizziness, autonomic symptoms, postural imbalance, scoliosis, sensory complaints, emotional stress responses, or lingering effects after injury.

Because every person’s response is different, care is individualized after assessment. This service is intended as supportive physical therapy and does not replace medical evaluation when symptoms require diagnosis or urgent care.
